What happens to recordings
An external service transcribes the recording. After transcription it is deleted from the server. Text, summaries and contacts stay in your profile and only you can see them.

How do contacts, events and addresses get to my phone?
“To Contacts” downloads a contact card, and your phone offers to save it. “To Calendar” adds an event. “On Map” opens the address in Google Maps or Yandex Maps.

RecMinder Settings have step-by-step instructions. The connection works through the open MCP protocol. After that the assistant searches your transcripts and answers questions across several meetings.
